Privacy
How the current public YAI website treats privacy before live account, preference, release or platform data flows exist.
This page describes the baseline privacy posture for the public YAI website. The site is still pre-release, so this policy will need to evolve before live account, access, release or preference flows are activated.
The current public site presents static product, account-readiness, /dashboard shell, download and legal routes. It does not show a live account session, account profile, saved preference state or commercial account state.
Create account and Sign in are public entry labels. Real authentication, account registration, account refs, profile handling and access posture require platform integration before user data is processed as a live account flow.
Future product updates, account or service notices and commercial communications should be separated when preference controls exist. This website does not save communication preferences yet.
Future runtime authorization and machine posture may be needed for governed operation. Public pages should avoid exposing raw machine identity details or treating machine authorization as live device tracking.
Future account access, preview plan posture, higher-access review, preview cohort, release eligibility, entitlement, machine authorization and communication preference data will need explicit privacy handling before activation.
When live account or preference controls exist, user choices and policy update paths should be made clear in the product surface. Until then, this page remains the baseline public privacy route.
