Terms
Baseline public terms for the current account, technical /dashboard route shell, download and pre-release model.
These baseline terms describe how to read the current public YAI website while the product remains in pre-release posture. They do not create final production or enterprise terms.
YAI interfaces, runtime authorization paths, account surfaces, technical /dashboard route modules, release channels and client packages may change before public release or preview distribution.
Source or repository visibility, where available, is separate from operational authorization. Inspecting or cloning source does not grant runtime access, release eligibility or package access.
Create account is the public account entry. Account creation is not commercial access, package assignment, release eligibility, machine authorization or governed runtime permission by itself.
The technical /dashboard route is an auth-ready shell and the download page is a product catalog. Neither is a commercial account console, package-access surface or production release contract.
Governed runtime or client operation may later require account authorization, case context, machine posture, release eligibility and safe runtime gate decisions. Public page visibility does not grant those permissions.
Commercial package, access duration, support, organization and production-use terms should be added only when the operating model is ready for that level of specificity.
